“We attended primarily to network with potential financial VC investors, which was helpful, but I was pleasantly surprised by how many of the ‘strategic’ CVC or industrial partners were to speak with us! We have made several connections since the event that I did not anticipate going in. Also, the content was extremely helpful for us to better understand the larger industrial partners decarbonising and how we should be thinking about approaching them (or where it may not be as natural a partnership fit as we assumed). I thought the conference structure was great – the panels were excellent; the roundtables were very well received and the app was straightforward.”
Matthew Bradley, CCO, Verde Technologies
“The discussion around the challenges and lessons learned, particularly in sizing FOAK appropriately and the importance of resilience, resonates with the obstacles we often face in this sector. Thanks to the Decarb Connect team for another awesome event, delighted to have had CarbonFree play our part in the conversation.”
Martin Keighley. CEO, CarbonFree
“A fantastic event. I met many, many interesting people, the quality of the programming was top-notch, and the execution was superb.”
Aisling Carlson, SVP Partnerships, GreenTown Labs
“Congratulations on a fantastic event. I particularly appreciated the strong strategic focus – understanding how major asset owners are engaging with both emerging and established technologies is crucial for investors and entrepreneurs alike.”
